What Is The Agency Editor?
The Agency Editor allows you to control all the agency banners and agency listing. You can publish new ads, edit existing ads, temporarily hide ads for later reactivation, and permanently delete ads no longer required.

How It Works
Information can be submitted to the site via the 'agency listing' selection on the Advertise With Us page. It is then held in the content manager's INACTIVE AGENCIES 'holding pen' before publication - here you can delete, edit or approve the ad. You can also manually create ads without using the submission form. Escorts that are added that also work for a particular agency will show up on the escort agency listing on the ESCORT AGENCIES page. These escorts will link to their own portfolio page.

What I Can Do In The Content Manager
Content Manager > Agency Menu

There are two sections to the Agency Menu, ACTIVE or INACTIVE.

Active Agencies
Via the drop down selection box you can select an agency - by clicking on the name - then edit, delete or make the agency ad inactive. You can also manually add new agencies by clicking on NEW, thus bypassing the usual web site submission process.

New Submissions
From the AGENCY LISTING selection on the Advertise With Us page, escort agency information (text and images) is sent into the content manager's holding pen. You can activate (publish) the new agency submissions via clicking on their name in the NEW SUBMISSIONS drop down selection, then clicking on SELECT. You may wish to manage the ad (see below). To publish the agency ad enter a Portfolio URL, select the ACTIVE checkbox and hit SAVE.


Inactive Agencies
Agencies submitted via the web submission form will at first appear in the Inactive Agencies drop down selection box. Click on the agency name and hit SELECT. This will take you to the Agency Editor page where you can approve or deny the ad. Click ACTIVE to publish the ad or DELETE to remove the ad completely from the content manager.

When an agency's ad has expired, rather than delete the information completely, you can withdraw the ad from the published web site yet still retain the information in the content manager by making the agency inactive. Select the agency's name from the drop down selection box then click SELECT. This will take you into the Agency Editor. Click the ACTIVE checkbox (removing the checkmark) and hit SAVE.
 
To reactivate (publish) an inactive escort ad, click on the name from the drop down selection box to gain access to the Portfolio Editor, then click the ACTIVE checkbox and hit SAVE on the Agency Editor Page.

Selecting an agency name from any of the drop down menus will take you to the Agency Editor.

The Agency Editor
Content Manager > Agency Menu > Agency Editor

The agency editor gives you the ability to add, edit, delete and make inactive agency banner ads. You can also see the number of VIEWS (number of times it was displayed on the web site) and the CLICKS (people who have clicked on the banner) the agency banner has achieved.

If the banner that has been uploaded by the advertiser look distorted or have a large file size, you may need to download them, edit them and upload them back into the agency page. Hover your mouse over an image, RIGHT CLICK, SAVE PICTURE AS and save the image on your hard drive. Open up your image editor, crop the image and use the UPLOAD link to bring the image back into the content manager.

To add a new escort agency and so bypass the agency listing submission page on the web site, please do the following:

If this is a new escort agency banner click UPLOAD. A pop-up will appear to allow you to BROWSE your computer's hard drive to find the correct banner image. Once you have found the banner image, click UPLOAD. This brings the banner from your hard drive into the content manager.

If this a banner that you have uploaded before, click on BROWSE. A pop-up will appear to allow you to SELECT your desired banner image. At this time, please DELETE old banners so that you do not exceed your web site's allocated server space. Good file management avoids clutter and is a responsible habit of a good web master.

Enter the Agency Details and hit the SAVE button.

> Agency Web: You must type in http://www.webaddress.com. This field is mandatory.

The comments field, Advertiser name, Advertiser email, Advertiser phone are not published and are for administrative purposes only.

To DEACTIVATE an agency - meaning their paid advertising has expired but you want to keep the information in the holding pen for possible later reactivation, simply uncheck the ACTIVE box and hit the SAVE button at the bottom of the page. This puts all the information pertaining to this agency in the INACTIVE AGENCIES section.

To DELETE an agency permanently from the content manager, hit the DELETE button.
