When you first gain access to the content manager, you will see nine icons (or more if your escort directory has any custom features). You can click on any of these icons and you will be taken to the relevent section within the content manager. Some of these icons may lead to editors for several sections, but you will soon become familiar with the system as you use your content manager more and more.
